OGC着手ITIL第三版的开发

Three months ago OGC started to look out for a project manager, to do the scoping of what has been named ITIL-3. Now they've found one.

Although the candidate interest form is still on the ITSMF-UK website, a project manager was appointed a few weeks ago. At this moment ITSMF chapters are polling their members for comments and suggestions.

At the UK website OGC shows her concern about the potential confusion these plans might cause. Any progress of the ITIL refresh project will be shown at a separate page. This page contains the OGC statement and the scoping of the project.

There's no doubt about who owns ITIL-3, as OGC has made clear in a letter to itSMF.
